Q: What is your price term & payment terms?
A: Our usual price term is EXW, but other term can be negotiated. Payment terms: T/T100% before the shipment.
Q: How about your quality ?
A: Our factory have passed ISO/TS16949 certificate, and our items are ROHS, ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, CQC, etc.
Q: I cannot find the item in your catalogue, can you manufacture for me ?
A: Yes, we can open a mold for you and it takes about one month to finish.
Q: How about samples?
A: Yes, the sample is available and free, but you have to pay the freight fee.
Q: How long will you delivery the goods ?
A: Usually we have connectors in stock, then it will be within 3 days, if not, it can be negotiated, please contact us for more information.
Q: How to get a quotation ?
A: The price is depends on the quantity, please contact us to get an exact quotation.
Q: How long does the quotation take？ shipment?
A: Usually we quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are urgent, pls call directly or add wechat or whatsapp to talk directly.
